Delivery Information

Do you sell worldwide?

No, for now we only sell and ship within Australia through the Alan Delon Art website. If you live in a country outside Australia or would like an artwork shipped outside of Australia please CONTACT US to arrange delivery.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

Delivery costs will be calculated and added to your order as you go through the check out process.

PRINTS: All prints are shipped for free Australia wide via Australia Post in a cardboard tube.

PHOTOGRAPHS: Smaller sized photographs are shipped for free Australia wide via Australia Post in a flat pack. Larger sized photographs are shipped for free Australia wide via a specialist courier.

FRAMED ARTWORK AND STRETCHED CANVASES: For all stretched canvases or framed artworks above 95 x 60 cm you will need to contact us through the website or via the contact page so we can provide a shipping quote for you.
For all residents outside a 40km radius of their C.B.D. you will need to contact us to provide a shipping quote for you.

Delivery to all Australian capital cities and major city centres within a 150km radius is free. Arrangement must be made via the contact page if you live outside of these areas which may incur a delivery fee.

Who will deliver my package?

We use only certified couriers to ensure your artwork arrives in 100% perfect condition - the same condition that it leaves us in.

How long will it take to receive my artwork?

Delivery is only available: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (business days). If you have allocated a day for delivery and no one is home to sign for the artwork, a card will be left and you can collect the item at your nearest post office.

PLEASE NOTE: item(s) will not be dispatched until payment is received and cleared. Once payment has cleared, please allow 7 to 14 business days for transit times to receive your item(s).

Damaged delivery of goods

If you suspect the artwork is damaged, please fill out a complaints form supplied by the courier so that if the item is in fact damaged via transit then we can hold the courier liable.
